This Privacy Policy explains the data collection and use practices which are operated by AuthVia Solutions, Inc. (“AuthVia” or “We”). AuthVia is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. The objective of this Privacy Policy is to disclose and explain what information we collect, use, and share.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

AuthVia offers wireless messaging and mobile billing services that are collectively referred to as the “Service”. We gather certain personally identifiable information that you provide to us when accessing a Service. When you use a Service, we may require you to provide “contact information”, such as name, address, email address and phone number, and mobile phone number (collectively “personal information”). By voluntarily submitting your personal information to us, you consent that we may collect, use and share your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

AuthVia will not use your personal information submitted for any other purpose but to provide the Service requested, unless you opt-in to any other use. We may share your personal information with the companies that assist us with the Service, for example the operational service providers. These companies may need information about you to perform their functions. For example, we may share your personal information with your mobile phone service provider, phone company or credit card company to secure collection of Service fees or operate the Service. These companies are not authorized to use the information we share with them for any other purpose.

While using the Service, you may be directed to a third-party site, for example, a payment gateway provider may collect your payment information. Once you’ve left this site, you will be subject to that site’s Privacy Policy (and other terms and conditions of use), and you should review it to determine how your data will be used. In other words, this Privacy Policy will no longer apply to Personal Information or any other data collected from or provided by you after you have left this site.

AuthVia may offer you an opportunity to “opt-in” to receive marketing information from AuthVia and/or its partners. This “opt-in” will require a response by you to signify your consent to receive additional information from AuthVia and/or its partners. For example, if you are using the internet to access the Service, you may be asked to check a box to “opt-in” or if accessing via your mobile phone, by texting YES to a designated short code.

REQUEST FOR CHANGES TO PREFERENCES/PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OPT-OUT
